The 1st time I used Are living Chat, I used to be at position #two from the queue and it took 18 minutes until a Reside agent responded. The 2nd time, I had been at place #two yet again, but this time it only took 8 minutes hold out time. This is fairly great in comparison to other exchanges that only reply via email, with no Stay Chat selection.
